I'm a 26 year old Aussie software engineer looking for a room in either Jersey City/Newport area or somewhere along the west side of Manhattan. I'm available to move anywhere between the 20th December to 10th of January and am ideally looking to stay somewhere for 6-9 months (maybe longer, depends on how next year goes). Budget is around 2000-2500

I'm quiet, clean/respectful and work from the office 4-5 days a week (rarely WFH). Work near Soho so JC/Newport/west side of Manhattan are good for the commute. Non-smoker, not a big cook (only simple things/meal prep) and don't host visitors/friends. Can be busy with work at times but I like to get a workout/jog in, go out for dinner with friends and enjoy the city (the usual I suppose)
