Room wanted in Astoria, Queens, NY

Hi! I’m a student relocating to NYC for the Spring semester and will be attending Borough of Manhattan Community College. I’m responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep a pretty structured routine during the week focused on school and work, and I value a calm, well-kept living environment.
I’m looking for a clean room in a shared apartment with respectful roommates. I’m fine with a social household, but I also appreciate a place that’s quiet at night and organized. I don’t smoke, I’m mindful about noise, and I’m easy to communicate with. I’ll be moving in mid-January and am flexible on lease length.
