Looking for a shared accomodation urgent

Hey! I’m Munjal (23), a filmmaker and soccer lover moving to Miami for my film program. I’m very active, into fitness, and follow football religiously, so I connect quickly with people who enjoy sports, good energy, and an outdoorsy, laid-back lifestyle. I’m clean, reliable, and focused on my work, but I also enjoy good conversations, movie nights, and occasionally cooking something simple for the house. I’ve lived with roommates before and I’m very respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke, don’t bring pets, and I value peace, clarity, and open communication.

In terms of accommodation, I’m very flexible and I’m looking for a private bedroom and I don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Basic essentials like access to a kitchen, internet, water, electricity, and laundry machines are all I really need. Fully furnished is great, but even a lightly furnished or basic setup works perfectly for me. My maximum monthly budget is around $900, and I’m not able to stretch beyond that.

I’m open to living with anyone, I don't have any gender preference. What matters to me is a comfortable, mature environment with people who are respectful, communicative, and easygoing. I’m friendly, cooperative, and easy to live with, so you can expect someone who contributes positively to the home and keeps things running smoothly.
