Hey all,

I'm looking in Olympia for a bedroom with a private/ master bath for myself only. I don't have pets or kids, I don't smoke, and I'm sober. I'm quiet, clean, and respectful.

My needs other than a private bath:
- A fairly quiet space.
- LGBTQIA-friendly space
- Good internet.
- No party houses
- No mold
- No drug users or alcoholics

I have an online business and I write kid's books. I'm mostly working online or watching tv during the day or evening (not a morning person). I like to walk for exercise and eat healthy. I have a bad back so I won't be doing any significant yard work. Also, I have a good vehicle and no criminal history.
