Room Needed Looking To Move In Asap.

I'm 38 years old, I'm self employed and I don't have guests often. my girlfriend is 27, she may or may not be looking to move in with me but she will stay over a few nights every couple weeks. she's quiet likes to cook and is looking to go back to college.

I have a beautiful all white blue eyedSiberian husky that besides for a little shedding, of which I will make sure to clean up and keep to a minimum, you won't even notice she's there. she doesn't bark, she loves absolutely everyone and she even likes cats.
I'm also a major collector of Magic The Gathering and spend most of my days going through cards or reading a manga/light novel and watching anime.

I'm looking for a spot for a minimum of 3 months, up to a year, just long enough for me to get my watch business back up and running with future plans of getting my own house so that I can move in my daughter and new grandson. the cheaper and more space available to me the better but I am not at all picky
