Los Angeles Mover, January 1st, Age 30

I’m planning to move back to Los Angeles on January 1st to be closer to more voiceover opportunities and dance studios. I’m 30 and love dancing, making music, practicing yoga, and spending time in nature. I currently have my belongings stored at my mom’s in Nashville and am ready to relocate as soon as I find the right place.

I’m familiar with Los Angeles and have lived there previously. I work remotely as a web developer and voice actor, so I’m financially stable and consistent with rent. One thing that’s important for me is having a walk-in closet large enough to fit a small table, as I use it as a quiet, sound-treated space for voiceover recording. I’m always very respectful of noise and shared living spaces.
