Retired couple wanting house or apartment share

We live in Bandon. we come to Eugene often and would like an apartment there but need to be mindful of expenses so looking to share a house or apartment.

One level is preferred.

We need our own bathroom.

We are quiet - retired chiropractor and educator.

We do NOT use tobacco, ********, or alcohol.

We have a senior small allergy free (hair not fur) DOG that stays always at Michael’s side.

We can not be around cats or smoke due to Michael’s allergies.

We eat mostly a Mediterranean diet and do eat any pork products.

We have one car and would prefer an off street parking location.

We ride bikes and walk a lot so would be nice to be close to a bike path and or park.
