Looking for a roommate

I like to snowboard. Always down for a good time 🍻 but respectful of those more introverted. I’m quiet, clean and respectful.

I’ll be moving back to Vancouver area in mid January open to anytime after that. I don’t really need a roommate but it would make it much more convenient for my dog. She’s a total sweetheart and loves everyone. Very quiet but she does shed a bit. She’s also good with other animals. I’ve got a job that I’m on call 24/7 and frequently gone for 36-48+ hours at a time. Also meaning I frequently sleep during the day. Normal noise is fine but a drummer would be a bad roommate😂. But the place would be yours a lot of the time, really looking for someone to help out with the pup when I’m gone. Nothing major just let her out to use the bathroom and make sure she’s got food and water.

Ideally I’d like to rent a house, but if an apartment is a better deal I’m open. If an apartment I’d prefer one with a dog park and gym. Having my own bathroom is a must. My budget is about 2k but flexible. Ideally looking for a guy around the same age.
