Room wanted in Largo, FL

Out of California i habe been here about 4yrs in my apartment about 2yrs just looking to downgrade but need a place to store my tools sleep shower and eat i work a lot dont need an apartment and would like to save for at least a year or more. I can get along with anyone who at a minimum respects me as a human being I play well with others im quiet clean and considerate of others space belongings and individuality. I do like to meal prep mostly crock pot or a couple of large meals a few times a week. My smoothies blender is as loud as I get and washing dishes I literally have no guests and only 1 vehicle. A bonus is that im. very handy around the house with a background in construction and apartment maintenance. Thank you for time and consideration
