Hi everyone! My name is Brian, I’m 27 and moving from DC in late January. I’m looking to take over someone’s lease or a roommate to sign a new lease with.
I’ll be working in-office 4 days a week in Midtown. I’m clean, respectful, and like to have a peaceful place to come home to. Outside of work, I like music, photography & videography, working out, and exploring the city with friends. I also have a small rescue dog (poodle/terrier mix) who’s 6 years old, house-trained and very well-behaved. He’s hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed.
My max budget is around $2,300 for my share. I’d prefer a 2 bed and am interested in neighborhoods like the UES, UWS, Midtown East, Kips Bay, and East Village. My two musts are pet-friendly and laundry in building.
