Professional in Real Estate Finance & Development

I’m a working professional in real estate finance and development, recently graduated from Cornell University with dual Master’s degrees in Real Estate Finance and Urban Planning. I’ve held senior and leadership roles in Manhattan and the Bronx and am now relocating to Miami.

I live a calm, focused lifestyle and spend most of my time working, reading, capoeira, visiting museums, and making art in my free time. I’m organized, respectful of shared spaces, and value a clean, peaceful home environment.

I’m looking for a place with good energy and mutual respect—somewhere quiet, safe, and comfortable to unwind after the workday. I’m financially stable, easy to live with, and take pride in treating any home I live in as my own.

Ideally, I’d love to live with people who are mature, responsible, and communicative. I’m very low-key and drama-free, and I’m hoping for a place where everyone feels at ease and respected.
