Wanted: Room For Rent 900-1000

Looking for a room for rent. Ideally, unfurnished but furnished will do as well. I have some collection of bedroom furniture, small stuff that I would like to keep but will figure it out. $800-$850 all utilities included would be great, but I think I can do up to $950-$1000, </mark>ALL utilities included. I currently live in Lynnwood, but I have lived in Mount lake Terrace, and Shoreline (close by Shoreline Community College). I drive but I always prefer to have a public transit route close by. Occasionally, Washington gets snow, sometimes heavy snow and it is safer to use the bus.

I am not 99 years old I am about 4-5 decades younger. My ideal roommate is someone who minds her/ his own business. I currently live in a 7 bedroom house, all males. It used to be all females and then one day it changed. The brotherhood is a bit much.

I need to find a new home by mid- late August. In perfect world, mid- August would be great.
