Couple Looking for Apartment or 2 Rooms – Culver City / Westside

Hi everyone,

My partner and I are looking for housing in the Culver City / Westside area starting around August 1st.

We are open to two options:

Option 1: Entire Apartment

* 1-bedroom apartment, guest house, ADU, or small house
* Budget: around $2,000/month
* Up to approximately $2,250/month including utilities

Option 2: Two Rooms in a Shared House or Apartment

* Preferably in a large, clean, well-maintained home
* At least one bedroom with a private bathroom would be a big plus
* Budget: approximately $1,300–$1,500 per room depending on the property and location

Our preferred areas are:

* Culver City (top choice)
* Mar Vista
* Venice
* Marina del Rey
* Santa Monica

A major plus would be free street parking or the ability to obtain a residential parking permit, as we have a car.
