Looking for a furnished Room with private bath to Rent – San Diego

Hi! My name is Miguel, and I'm looking for a room to rent in the San Diego area. My maximum budget is $1,500 per month, and I'm ready to move in as soon as we find that we're a good fit.

I'm 67 years old, a retired commercial airline pilot and U. S. Navy veteran. I'm easygoing, respectful, clean, and value a peaceful, drama-free home. I don't smoke, and I prefer to keep politics out of the house.

I'm open to living with men or women between the ages of 45 and 75 who also appreciate a quiet and considerate living environment.

This would be a temporary arrangement, ideally for less than three months, while my new home is being completed.
