Hi, I’m looking for a quiet place in Manhattan, downtoen Brooklyn, or Hoboken/Jersey City 1–3 nights a week on a recurring basis. I live full-time outside the city but commute in for work (usually Tue–Thu). I’m tidy, low-key, and mostly just need a place to sleep and work on my laptop in the evenings. Best fit for me is to sublet from someone who travels for work so their apartment is "looked after" while they are away but will consider a shared apartment.
