Hello! Iโm currently in search of a room for about $900/mo (utilities included) max in the Denver-metro area, move-in would be sometime in January at the earliest. Iโm helping my brother sell his house and need to figure out where Iโm going once it sells. Iโm incredibly laid back, respectful and great with people.
