Hey!! I’m looking for another girl who wants to team up and find a cute 2x2 somewhere near Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Hyde Park, or anything around there with easy access to the airport + USF. Budget is around $800 for rent + about $150 utilities each.
A little about me:
I work hybrid for a law firm and I’m usually home during the day, so I like things pretty calm, clean, and put-together. I don’t go out/party and I’m honestly such a homebody lol.
I do have a one-year-old golden retriever — he’s the sweetest boy ever, fully trained, no accidents, not destructive, and basically a big teddy bear. Because he’s used to being the only pet, I’m hoping for a roommate without other pets. He loves everyone and everything though!

super clean and respectful, into gym life (CrossFit girlie), walks, and outdoor runs
chill, quiet, and easygoing, love my alone time but also down to hang, chat, cook, etc., not a partier.
very open to talking about house rules/expectations so everyone’s comfortable
My boyfriend might be in/out sometimes depending on school schedules, but he’s clean, quiet, and barely noticeable — just want to be upfront!
