im looking for a room to rent immediately. I am a seasonal hospitality worker currently on unemployment. i will be returning to work for the spring season starting in april so i only need a room to rent for the winter. im gay and transgender and recieve stable, reliable guaranteed income. i have no pets and no car. i mostly keep to myself and am quiet, clean and considerate. im looking for a roommate who is also the same way. if you are passive-aggressive, narcissistic, inconsiderate, gross, enjoy dominating the communal areas with sound or have any personality disorders its not going to work out. thanks
