I’m a gay veteran moving to NYC from San Francisco to study at Pace.

I'm looking for a location that offers an easy commute to FiDi, preference for furnished rooms & LGBT households.

I’m clean, quiet, and conscious of shared spaces. I'm social while being respectful of my housemates and their space. When I’m not in class, I’m usually studying, at the gym, or out exploring the city. I'm one those gays who knows their way around the kitchen and has too many opinions about movies :)
