Room wanted in Phoenix, AZ

Hello, my name is Charles. I am a 55 year old native to Arizona and I am looking for a nice, quiet place to live. I am currently a dialysis patient and have been for 13 years. I've also had open heart surgery. I currently live in a nice home but unfortunately the management company is not renewing my lease and selling the property which I cannot afford to buy. My lifestyle is very simple, even with everything I've been through I still am somewhat active meaning I can still do things for myself ( shopping, cooking, laundry etc..)I also work a part time job. I am not a smoker, I am not a drinker. I am very open and honest and tend to speak my mind with respect of coarse. I am a animal lover (especially dogs) and I love nature, especially a good sunset and love listening to the rain when we get some. Over all I am very quiet person and generally keep to myself. I'm just looking for someone to trust and for someone to trust me and help each other out in these tough times.
