Hi! I'm looking for someone to share a 2-bedroom apartment in the SFV. I'm a tattoo artist and I love music, art, and relaxing at home with a good show. I'm pretty quiet and very clean, and I rarely have people over. I also have 2 very sweet indoor cats, so I'm hoping to find someone who genuinely loves animals and will be mindful about keeping doors closed so they don't get out.

My top priorities for the apartment are:
- Private Parking
- A balcony or patio for my plants
- A clean, quiet, respectful roommate who doesn't throw parties or bring a lot of noise/drama home
