Sublet wanted in New York

Hello! I’m a 41-year-old professional working in social science (hybrid schedule) and I’m looking for a place starting around March 1, 2026 for 2–6 months. I have a small 25 pound dog. I am American and have lived in the NYC area previously for 20 years, but I am just returning from being abroad for the last 18 months, and looking to settle back in NYC.

What I’m looking for:

Ideally an entire apartment to sublet,
but for my budget, I am open to renting a room with a private bathroom in a shared home. My budget is $2300 monthly including utilities and wifi. I NEED a washer and dryer at least in building , if not in unit. I also NEED a bathtub as opposed to simply a standing shower.

Happy to live with men or women 30+.

Stable income; can provide references if needed
Hybrid work schedule—some days at home, some in the office
I come with my dog, Gia, a sweet and calm 25-pound pup who is fully housetrained and well-behaved.
