My name is Mathew, I am moving to NYC mid January and I am looking for a roommate.

I have 2 places that I have been in contact with for 2B/2B units and will be able to sign a lease with as soon as possible but I am hoping to find a roommate first. I will be in NYC mid December and would be happy to meet, if possible!

My budget is between 3200-3500 each. I'm 25 and moving to New York for my job. I’m from California and I attended the University of San Diego and played baseball. I enjoy staying active and exercising, trying new restaurants, golf, tennis, and watching hockey and baseball. I’m respectful, organized, and easy to get along with.
