We are two male professionals, ages 24 and 26, moving to NYC and looking for a furnished 2-bedroom sublet beginning January 19, 2026. We’re seeking a 1-month stay with flexibility to extend. Our budget is up to $2,500 per person.
About Us • One of us is a Program Manager, the other a Software Engineer; both work hybrid/WFH. • Very clean, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. • We cook often, enjoy a social home environment, and maintain balanced routines. • Comfortable sharing a bathroom if needed. • Open to providing proof of income and references.
Preferences • Ideally seeking our own 2-bedroom unit (not a room-in-share). • Prefer Hell’s Kitchen, East Village, or FiDi, but open to similar areas in Manhattan or Brooklyn. • Looking for an apartment not higher than a 4th-floor walk-up. • Furnished is strongly preferred.
