ROOM/HOUSING NEEDED – For a dear family member (male, 60s–70s)

I’m assisting a dear family member who is currently staying in my home, and due to family expansion, he is now seeking a new room or housing arrangement.

He is a respectful, hardworking, and very neat older male with a decent budget and is hoping to find a comfortable, peaceful home in a good neighborhood.
