2 lgbt people looking for temporary housing

My best friend and I are seeking a temporary housing in separate rooms while we transition to getting a more permanent place. I have a job but she would have to apply for one in the area, however I have help from family to pay for anything she cannot for a month or two.

Grahm is a trans masc aged 24, very quiet and reserved, loves animals and videogames.

Hazel is a trans femme aged 21, also quiet and loves video games, anime and adventures.

Both on high-functioning autism spectrum.

I have a car and an ID and all that, would just need a space to park, don't care if furnished or not. Only requirement is LGBT+ friendly and don't force yourself into our business(had too many overbearing roommates in the past that ended horribly). Need the room by the 16th of December because that's when I have to leave my current place. Price CAN be negotiated if need be OR increase over time but for now we are very financially limited and my friend is close to homelessness, I hope you understand. Would of course want to meet up and see if we click and all that first but we'll take what we can get.
