Room wanted in Chicago

I'm Atharva (AT) 23, Just moved to Chicago full-time for work and I'm looking
for a roommate to share a place with. I'd love to move in around June 1st (a
little flexibility on timing is fine) and ideally sign a 12-month lease.

I already have some leads on a 2bed/1bath, so really just looking for the right
person to lock it in with. Budget is $1,000/month. Preferred neighborhoods are Wicker Park, Old Town, or South Loop — but open to other areas too.

A bit about my personality: I'm pretty easygoing and laid-back, but I also like
having my own space and time to decompress after work, I'm generally in bed
by 10 and keep things pretty calm and quiet at home. That said, I'm genuinely
social and love having good energy in the apartment — just on a schedule that makes sense for both of us.

I keep shared spaces clean, I'm respectful of boundaries, and I communicate
openly if something's ever off.

Outside of work and home life, Im into Hip-hop, R&B and Indie/Alt music, always looking for the next concert to catch in the city, I like basketball, both watching and playing 2K, FIFA mostly, if you're down to run a game sometime even better, Love exploring the city on weekends — trying new spots, bar nights, good food

Looking for someone who's respectful, open-minded, and shares progressive and inclusive values. If you're chill, communicative, and keep a clean home, we'll probably get along great.
