I'm Greg. 28 year old man. Urgently looking for a room to rent between 6-800 a month. I'm moving to the area so I won't immediately have work but have never had an issue finding work with my extensive experience. I can put down at least 2 or 3 months of rent down right away, I have cash in hand. I'm a very quiet, clean, person. I am pet and smoker friendly although I don't smoke or have any pets myself.
