We are a mid thirties professional couple looking to home share. Would prefer a basement, mother in law, private entrance or room + private bath. We’ve been together over 2 years, have min. drama, clean, respectful, are tidy, enjoy cooking, music (we come w/ headphones LOL), work remotely in IT and Operations during the day and pick up gig work in the off hours of the evenings and weekends. We have no criminal history unless you count minor traffic infractions, we don’t party or drink but credit and rental history is our biggest road blocker. We are hoping to find someone willing to take a chance on us as we have 1st, last, deposit and can pay for an additional 4 months rent up front to secure a 6 month lease in full.
