Looking for a place to live

I am from Iowa. I grew up here but I lived in NOLA about two years ago. I had to move home because a family member was sick. Now I’m looking to relocate back to the NOLA. I am 28 years old. I start a teaching fellowship through Xavier in January! I have a bachelor’s degree in early education and educational psychology and am currently pursuing my masters in special education. My fellowship pays and I also plan on nannying for additional income. I can provide proof of the income, references, and anything else that may be necessary. I can be a little reserved at first. I tend to stick to myself but warm up quickly. I am responsible, clean up after myself, and am a nonsmoker (I don’t mind if you are - whether it be cigarettes or otherwise) I’m very pet friendly! I don’t typically go out during the week but regardless I am respectful and don’t bring the party home!
