Hello!! My names Tesa and I work as a Nursing Assistant(CNA) from 10:30pm- 6:30 am so you wouldn’t have to worry about any ruckus at night and I have be asleep by 3 most days. My boyfriend would be moving in after me but Id pay the rent by myself till he gets a job. I’m 18 and my boyfriend is 19 and is studying to be an EMT. I work in Hayward and he goes to school in Union city. We’re fine with paying extra for utilities. We’re very quiet, clean, and respectful and I would have first months rent and the security deposit ready by December 10th at the latest just because I have to pay out of the place I’m currently staying at. We really just need a place to sleep and eat, we wont be any trouble at all, promise🙏.
