I’m a 26 year old guy looking to find a one bedroom place within a short commute to San Diego Mesa College where I will be studying in the spring. Ideally would like to be moved in by January at the latest and 2nd week of December at the earliest. Down to room with both guys and girls but would prefer guys since I have a girlfriend and don’t want her uncomfortable about it all. I am outgoing, very friendly, communicative, respectful, clean, funny, and understanding. I enjoy company and also privacy. I enjoy listening to music, watching sports, eating good food, exploring SD, going to car shows, riding my motorcycle, and making meaningful connections! My budget realistically would be $1200 including utilities, I don’t need anything upscale — I can live well within my means. Just a solid, clean place to live with good people in a good area. Garage space for a motorcycle is a HUGE plus if available!
