hi, im looking for a place with a short term lease, move-in between Christmas and new years and move out in May. I am 21 years old, graduating from college soon. My cat has "wobbly cat syndrome" (that's the common name lol) so he can't jump and is a bit uncoordinated, so he wouldn't be on countertops/furniture. I'd do my best to keep him in the room I'd get but he is very social! I am neat and responsible, and an ally! Also my cat gets along with dogs and other cats (current roommate has a chihuahua, we didn't have any problems). My budget is $800-$1300/mo, looking for a place within 30 min from Manhattan. furnished or unfurnished is ok but id prefer to bring my own mattress.
