Hi! My name is Inca, I am a 24 year old woman looking to room with some friendly women, non-binary, or LGBTQ people. My budget is $1400 a month for rent, and I'm looking to move by August 1st. I don't have any pets but I love animals and if you have one that's honestly a plus for me.

I'm an Assistant Director at a tutoring center in Park Slope and a server at a restaurant on the UWS. This means I work a lot!! I usually have one to two days a week off. I'm trying to find places that aren't too bad of a commute from Park Slope as well.

A little about me: I love teaching and tutoring, which is part of what I do at my full time job. I am also getting back into singing and the jazz scene in NYC after about a year break post-graduation, so I love being around fellow musicians and artists! I am very outgoing but since I work so much I usually come home and crash in my room lol.
