Male, 34, Budget $1000

Hello, my name is Dave. I’m a 34 year old male. I'm currently in school full-time. My budget is tight right now, but I have savings for a few months of rent. My mom is available to co-sign as well. I'm looking for something in the $1000 range, any cheaper would be great. Im quiet, I just go to the library and spend most of the day studying and job hunting. Im in-between jobs as well but I will have a new one soon. My former employer laid off a round of employees including me. Then a few days later, my landlady/housemate just told me she is moving to Texas for work. and she gave me my 30 day notice on the 5th. I have to find spot by the 5th but I can move in any day now.
