Hello, my name is Dave. I’m a 34 year old male. I'm currently in school full-time. My budget is tight right now, but I have savings for a few months of rent and I get grants from school that can cover the rent as well. My mom is available to co-sign and she has great credit. I'm looking for something in the $1000 range, any cheaper would be great. I'm quiet, I just go to the library and spend most of the day studying and job hunting. Im in-between jobs as well, but I will have a new one soon. I understand $1000 may be hard to find in Orange County but I think it’s worth a shot.
