Looking for a apartment/room for 750 a month!

Hallo! I am 30 years old and a trans woman. I like to talk, spend time online playing games and talking to my friends online but also learning new things on YouTube and like watching shows (for like an hour at a time LOL). I also enjoy history a lot and love the sci fi genre both things I like to talk about.

I work in a retail store usually either morning to evening or afternoon to evening (10-7pm usually or 1/2pm-9pm). I have been at that job for over a year already and was at my previous one for a year as well. I work a lot and I usually don't like to talk about work at home but sometimes I might share some stuff about work from time to time.

My budget is at most 800 a month for a bedroom. I would prefer a apartment if possible but I know that is not likely. I am currently paying 750 for the bedroom I'm in so ideally I want to pay less if possible (700 maybe?). If I do pay 800 a month I hope that comes with everything included. I can't afford more than that.

My cleaning habits are that I like to keep things clean. Though I don't like people nitpicking my room at all. If you're that type of person I don't think we'll get along. But I do like things to be clean. I can't stand seeing something dirty. It bothers me honestly.

Furniture wise I do have a bed as well as some plastic drawers I would be bringing. Maybe possibly a wooden dresser? The bed for sure I want to bring with me.

As for using the common space I'm not really the person to have company over? I might maybe have a friend once in a while but I don't really do that. I like to go out somewhere to meet a friend at, like a pizza place, not the apartment. So if I did for whatever reason did want to have company over I would make sure to inform you as soon as plans are made!

I just kind of keep to myself honestly. I am introverted but I can talk socially if I have to and I don't mind it but in reality I just want privacy. I won't be bothersome I will just play games or watch videos in my room. I will talk to people online as well so if that is a no no please don't consider me.

What I'm not okay with; obviously bigots and anti trans people. No partners living in the apartment unless splitting rent and utilities if they basically live there. No hard drugs or anything illegal. Also people who judge what I do for a living or anything like that or constantly telling me how to live my life or giving advice I didn't ask for. Oh and I don't like fish. Can't stand that smell sorry!

The type of person I'm looking to live with is preferably a queer woman or a woman that's in the LGBTQIA umbrella. No men please!! You don't have to be a rainbow pride Queen or anything just someone who is understanding and accepting of me as a woman and a lesbian I just don't want issues or misunderstandings about that. I just need a place to stay, not a person to date.

Just someone who is responsible, can hold a job I literally don't care what it is as long as it's stable. No gambling issues or drug issues or alcoholic issues; socially drinking is fine I'm all for having some spirits on New Year's but if it's like "I can't remember last night" sort of situation, no I would not like that. I also want someone who doesn't mind that I want my privacy and sometimes won't talk and is okay with that. And someone who doesn't mind that I don't like to sit down and watch movies all day. I can maybe do like an hour or something over a meal but that's max for me. I usually watch something while eating too so I hope you don't mind me using the living room for that from time to time.

Ideally my potential roommate would be around my age 30 as well but it's ok if younger if mature and professional. It's okay too older as well but not too much older I think it would be best if we were closer in life experiences and generation. Oh and something I forgot to mention I tend to eat out a lot but I do know how to cook as well. Hope you're okay with that and that I like American, Mexican and Italian food cuisines (I'm not vegetarian but I don't mind salads!)
