Responsible woman seeking private room

I’m a responsible, considerate professional woman who values a clean, peaceful home. I’m quiet, nonsmoking, and respectful of privacy and shared spaces. I’m looking for a private bedroom in a well-maintained shared home in Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, Kensington, Walnut Creek, Alamo, or nearby areas.

Kitchen access, laundry, and reasonable use of common areas are important. A private bathroom would be a plus, but I’m open to sharing with considerate housemates.

I’d like to live with respectful, responsible people who appreciate a calm, low-key household. I’m not looking for a party house and would prefer an environment without smoking, drug use, or frequent overnight guests. Cats and calm, well-behaved dogs are fine.

You can expect me to be clean, quiet, dependable, and considerate. I sometimes work quietly from home, primarily reading and writing, with very occasional online meetings. I’m happy to provide references.
