Looking for roommate to find 2bed in February

Hello! I’m looking for a (preferably) female roommate to share a 2bed 2bath in February when my current lease is up. I’m willing to look for places anywhere from the Bountiful area up to West Jordan, or further.

*I have 3 cats* that are chill, sweet, use the litterbox, short haired (don’t shed much), trained to stay off the counters, and I clean up after them daily. They’re good with dogs.

I’m a 30yr old female who works full time. I’m considerate, kind, responsible, clean, and looking for someone who is the same. LGBT friendly. Hoping to find a place with base rent at 1200-1400 (other fees on top will probably put us both at 800ish- I’m good at finding places), so I’m not looking for anything incredibly fancy, but it’s negotiable for the right place.
