Roommates/Room Wanted in Nyc (Female Only Plz)

Looking for a roommate in New York City. I'm a 23-year-old graphic designer searching for a room starting January 2026. My budget is up to $1700 per month, and I'm hoping to share a space with a private room with other young women/fem aligned people ONLY, I am not interested in rooming with men.

Preference Queens or Brooklyn but anywhere works within 10 minute walk of a subway station. I have no pets but I would love to live with someone with cats or small dogs. I am clean but I am forgetful so in the past I have normally lived with people in the past with cleaning schedules. I'm okay living with people who smoke as long as it's not in the apartment. I would prefer people who don't constantly throw parties/massive functions especially without informing other roommates, but I would like to live with someone okay with overnight guests (they will stay in my space). I am easy going, I work in office 4 days a week, and have a lot of hobbies so I won't be super in your way but if you like befriending your roommates I love meet new people so it works out either way.
