Hey there, future roomie! I'm looking for a great place to live starting early January 2026, somewhere in Denver. My budget is up to $1300 a month.

I'm a 23-year-old recent graduate seeking a room and would be happy to share with anyone, male or female. I would prefer a roomie close to my age, but I'm flexible. I work from home and love to work out and play video games. On weekends, I have a 50/50 split of liking to go out and stay in and chill.

A little about myself, I am an ex-cheerleader and very passionate about college basketball. I'm from all over, but I currently call Pagosa Springs home since I graduated from college in April! I typically keep my spaces pretty clean, and try to do an overall clean about once a week.
