Interested in a happy environment

Interested in a single bedroom. I'm intelligent, quiet, funny, kind, interested, sympathetic and greatly desire a family style environment where everyone is happy and accommodated.

I haven't smoked (anything) or drank in at least 15 years but I am tolerant provided people are respectful and responsible. I am always easy going and adaptable. I am looking for a place where people are friendly and are similar.

I am retired and have a verifiable, guaranteed income for life with very few expenses. I don't drive so no car payment, insurance or gas expenses. This makes me one of the most stable classes of tenant as I'm economy-proof. I'm a home body and am perfectly happy as such. This is great for security as no intruder will ever note an empty household. I get all my groceries and goods by delivery. No jockeying for the parking spots.

I've not been late on rent once in 12 years and beyond. I am interested in long term tenancy as I'm retired and have settled nicely.

I have a 13 year old senior male indoor cat who is silent and follows me like a puppy dog. Beyond friendly. He is my whole life! A secure, safe backyard is a need.

I am mostly in my room watching my tablet or using headphones. Quiet and polite - a man with lots of experiences, DIY sensibility and good will. Looking for the same. Security minded, also a former homeowner understanding basic repairs, maintenance and respect for your home.
