Need basic room by New Years

I live on SSI due to being disabled. this is 950 a month. I can prove that this is direct deposited every month on the 1st (slightly earlier if the 1st falls on a weekend) I studied languages and environmental science for 3 years at TESC, i wish to transfer to PSU to finish my degree, with a focus on limnology (the study of inland water bodies such as rivers) I will have few guests. My girlfriend will visit me sometimes, we will be quiet. I am disabled due to fibromyalgia which is a form of severe nerve damage, i walk with a cane. The only accomodations i ask for is a clear walk way in the house so that I do not trip.

I will not enter into any sublets. I must have legal rights by way of signing a lease, month-to-month 6 month or a year is fine.

I will only enter into housing with those who are in some way verified and can demonstrate a good reputation. for my part I am willing to pay for a background check (a check into my own background) and provide personal references. I believe that as part of the verification I payed for here SpareRoom will be doing that background check, but I am new to this site so I am just trying to show my willingness to cooperate.

I am not high maintenance. I can do fine in a fairly small space. my attitude is, I am seeking safe shelter, where I will have rights as a tenant. if i find some kind of welcoming community in the process, that is a bonus. I try to keep my kitchen use simple and efficient, as I understand how vital it is to clean up after myself.

I may have a aura which comes across as intense, but i assure you the only reason for that is because i am in physical pain every day. I handle it well and keep to myself.

I am a bisexual transgender woman. all i need in that regard is to live with people who are not bigots. for those who are confused as to why sexuality is ever mentioned on a roommates website, it is because some LGBT folks prefer to live with those like themselves. in my case all that matters is you make a reasonable effort to be respectful.

I am open to housing earlier than January 1st, its just that this tends to take a long time, so I am trying to be realistic.
