My name is Brad Fletcher and I moved to AZ a few years ago after a divorce.
I need to move by 12/31/2025 at the latest, but can make the move by 11/15/2025 if its convenient. Yeah, I know everyone wants a female renter but I just am who I am.
I am a Navy veteran in my 60’s; I'm clean and quiet, zero criminal record and moved to AZ after a divorce.
