Single Disabled Female and Cat

Hi, my name is Shandra and I'm looking for somewhere with kind empathetic people as I have physical disabilities due to a gunshot I sustained in 2021. I'm not in a wheelchair but I do have paralysis to mostly my upper right side so I only have one functional arm/hand. I am extremely clean and do most of the cleaning in the shared space that I am currently in. I do have autism so I can be fairly awkward but I do enjoy socializing if others do. I do have a caregiver through an agency who are vetted and have gone through background checks to help with my laundry and mobility.

I am hoping to find some place who will also allow me to have my cat. She is my entire world and I've had her since 2014. She is very well behaved, does NOT scratch on furniture, only on those cardboard scratchers specifically for cats. I keep her litter box in my room and clean it daily so there is no odor whatsoever. She is considered an emotional support animal, but I actually have a very long signed letter by my doctor explaining why if that would like to be provided.

I am needing to find a place ASAP as I am staying in a hotel/motel. I would prefer female roommates but it is not a requirement as long as personal boundaries are FIRMLY respected as that was a major issue with the last place I was in.
