Room wanted in West Palm Beach

Looking for a furnished room in the West Palm Beach area.

I’m relocating to West Palm Beach for a new job as a crane operator and am looking for a clean, furnished room with a responsible, non-smoking roommate.

A little about me: I work full-time, own a small biotech/research company on the side, work out regularly, eat healthy, and live a pretty quiet lifestyle. I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs. I’m clean, respectful of other people’s space, financially responsible, and generally keep to myself.

I’m looking for a clean, peaceful place with someone who has a similar lifestyle. I’m not looking for a party house.

Ideally:
• Furnished private bedroom
• West Palm Beach or reasonable commuting distance
• Non-smoking home
• Clean and quiet environment
• Reliable Wi-Fi
• Parking available
• Month-to-month or flexible lease would be a plus

My budget is up to $1,600/month depending on the property, location, and what is included.
