ISO a room under $1000 inc. utilities

Looking for a place $1,000 or below per month, including utilities (gas, electricity, high speed wifi, hot water, etc.).

I'm clean, calm, laid-back, respectful. I'm looking for a place/neighborhood to be clean, peaceful, safe as well.

The below is what I look for:

- private bedroom (A/C&heater: preferred temperature, 66°F-74°F, Prefer lil cooler)
- Don’t mind sharing, just not the bedroom.
- (shared) kitchen: stove, refrigerator+freezer, sink, microwave
- (shared) living room: I spend most of the day in my room, open to friendship :)
- (shared) bathroom.
- In-unit laundry
- Hot water&wifi&electricity&gas available for 24/7
- No smoking/drug/party at home.
- easy to go to Manhattan
- nearby grocery stores and shops

- Preferred roommates: female, responsible, chill, friendly, clean, willing to solve problems if there's an issue, no argumentative

- I value people we can trust each other.
- I don't need parking lot; preferred nearby public transportation.
- I don't bring guests over to a house.
- I’m not bringing any furniture, just a small amount of luggage.
