I’m Andrew, a film critic/communication consultant/academic in the city for a few months on some research and film screening work. I’d be interested in renting a space for ONE MONTH on or before December 1. Ideally a somewhere with laundry would be great, a private bathroom would be a find, but neither are hard necessities. A room with a desk to write at would be much appreciated as I write at home, usually in the evenings (as I spend the day at screenings and in the library).
