Clean, Responsible, Respectful Single Professional

Recently came back from Spain to help take care of my aging mother with Alzheimer’s, searching for a private room and separate bathroom (if possible) in the Oceanside area.
I’m very clean, respectful, quiet and healthy, spend a lot of time studying, writing and video editing, and would like to find a place with someone similar who is clean and respectful.
I also like to cook my own healthy food the majority of the time, so a nice stove to cook on would be great.
And dirty dishes left in the sink, funky smells and untidy bathroom situations are my main “no-do’s.”
