Hi my name is Capree, I am nearing the end of a live in nanny job and have moved on to real estate and am in a current transition period so I am seeking a room to rent for the time being. I am a respectful, honest person that is easy going and low maintenance, I enjoy being outside, working out, along with finding new coffee shops/ restaurants. The ideal room for me would be one with an attached bathroom but that isn’t necessarily, I would also prefer a month to month lease and would be willing to give an additional 30 day notice prior to moving out but am also open to a longer term.
