Hiiii, 31 year old femme/nonbinary artist looking for a little home to abode in. I'm looking for a medium to large sized bedroom and either private bathroom or shared with one other person as well as a ye yard with about 4x4' of space that I can put my bunnies' cage in plus some hopping room (I've got non permanent nor damaging fencing, like metal puzzle pieces type of a thing)
Looking to live with some girlies, or if it's a larger house just generally creative and quiet roommates. I'm going back to school either part time or full time for fashion/costume design as well as working, so I'm planning on being really busy so will keep more so to myself. I'm very clean and intentional with shared space and enjoy using the kitchen to cook pretty often. I've somehow managed to have near perfect credit score + own a small property that gives me $1200 supplemental income. I'll be moving from out of state, looking for the end of November or beginning to mid of December.
I'd also like to have my bunnies in my bedroom every so often for a little cuddle.
